Key Responsibilities: Monitor infrastructure (servers, applications, networks, databases, etc.) using tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, SCOM, Grafana, or equivalent. Respond to alerts and incidents in real-time and ensure appropriate escalations as per defined SLAs. Perform initial triage, document issues clearly, and support L2/L3 teams in troubleshooting and resolution. Ensure all events, alerts, and incidents are logged,tracked, and updated in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow).
