Key Responsibilities: Monitor infrastructure (servers, applications, networks, databases, etc.) using tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, SCOM, Grafana, or equivalent. Respond to alerts and incidents in real-time and ensure appropriate escalations as per defined SLAs. Perform initial triage, document issues clearly, and support L2/L3 teams in troubleshooting and resolution. Ensure all events, alerts, and incidents are logged,tracked, and updated in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow). Support onboarding and configuration of new assets and devices into the monitoring system. Generate daily/weekly performance and health reports for critical infrastructure. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to refine monitoring thresholds and policies. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives including tuning alerts, eliminating false positives, and improving response times. Required Skills s Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring or NOC environment. Hands-on experience with atleast one enterprise-grade monitoring platform (e.g., SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, PRTG). Basic understanding of Windows/Linux server operations, networking, and application architecture. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Good communication skills to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a 24x7
