Monitoring and support the DB Operation team in all the difficulties they face in day to day tasks and admin jobs. What would you do? Attend all the DB alerts raised by the DB ops team and resolve the same proactively to avoid any issue in production. Check daily slow running queries in all production DBs and do the tuning check with leads, as per leads guidelines do the changes and test the same in lower environments and move the changes to production. Keep tap of all the changes moving into production as part of change management are properly tested in lower environment and does not have any adverse impact in production. Do postproduction review. Monitor on all DBA jobs are getting executed and no errors found in the same. If any error found then resolve the same and get the same executed.
