Preferred candidate profile : Proven experience with MongoDB administration and engineering. Strong understanding of MongoDB concepts: aggregation framework, replica sets, sharding, indexes, schema design, and performance tuning. Experience with Linux systems and good understanding of Linux commands. Experience with MongoDB Ops Manager, Atlas, or similar tools. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (mainly AWS). Proficiency in DevOps tools and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Bash, Python). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab), infrastructure as code, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
