Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Franchise Executive, located in Mumbai. The Area Franchise Executive will be responsible for overseeing franchise operations within the designated area. Key tasks will include monitoring franchise performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, providing support and training to franchise owners, and developing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of franchise operations. Qualifications Experience in franchise management and operations Strong skills in customer service, training, and support Proficiency in developing sales strategies and performance monitoring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
