Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors for smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards are met. Prepare daily reports, material requirements, and ensure optimal resource usage. Liaise with architects, consultants, and senior engineers for technical clarifications. Ensure proper documentation, measurements, and quality checks at every stage.
Job Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company. Record and maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial data. Support in preparation of journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances. Assist in accounts payable and receivable management. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records. Coordinate with internal departments for collection and verification of bills/expenses. Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring of bank transactions. Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related documentation. Help in preparation of MIS reports and other financial statements under guidance of senior accountants. Perform basic data entry, spreadsheet management, and updating financial information. Provide administrative support to the Accounts/Finance team as required. Key Skills Required: Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles (Debit/Credit, Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with basic IT knowledge and computer skills. Familiarity with Tally/ERP accounting software/ Tally Prime (preferred). Good analytical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced real estate environment.
