Senior Manager - Real Estate We're seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - Real Estate to lead the strategic evaluation and monetization of our land portfolio through sales, leasing, redevelopment, and joint ventures. The role involves market analysis, deal structuring, coordination with brokers and architects, and effective estate management. Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across legal, financial, and operational teams. KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of RERA & other regulations is required. Strong background in contracting, legal agreements, and negotiations. Deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics, especially within Goa. Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion. Skilled in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring all parties are aligned. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
