Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Calling candidates from job portals or databases. Explaining job roles and responsibilities. Conducting initial screening (checking communication, qualifications, experience, etc.). Scheduling interviews with recruiters or hiring managers. Client Coordination (if applicable): Following up with companies/clients for hiring requirements. Coordinating interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates. Sharing candidate profiles with clients. Database Management: Maintaining records of candidates contacted and interviewed. Updating and organizing candidate information in CRM or internal databases. Follow-ups: Reminding candidates about interview schedules. Checking post-interview feedback. Following up for documentation if the candidate is selected. Cold Calling (optional based on firm type): Reaching out to potential clients for staffing services (in case of a business development angle). Reporting: Submitting daily/weekly call reports to the manager or team lead. Providing feedback on call performance and lead quality.
