Plan and develop menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portioning. Supervise kitchen helpers and manage food preparation timelines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards. Monitor inventory and place orders for kitchen supplies. Follow all food safety regulations and kitchen SOPs. Innovate new recipes and improve existing dishes.
