Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot moulding processes (e.g., plastic injection, compression, or die casting) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. Set up moulding machines and related equipment, and create standardized setup sheets and parameters. Collaborate with tooling, quality, and maintenance teams to reduce defects, scrap, and cycle times. Analyze process data and apply statistical process control (SPC), DOE (Design of Experiments), and root cause analysis (RCA). Provide technical support during new product introductions (NPI), including tool trials and process validation. Lead process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, etc....
