Job Description : • Diploma or BE - Polymer Engineer /Mechanical Engineer/ CIPET with Autodesk Moldflow/Moldex 3D 5+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of injection moulding simulation(Cool+Fill+Pack+Warp) by using Autodesk Moldflow/ Moldex 3D, and report making. Strong Knowledge on selection of gate location, hot runner selection, 2k and insert Moulding Analysis. • Working knowledge of Plastic Injection Mold design concept. Understand the concept of DFM. Experience in solving injection moulding issues (flow mark, stress mark, weld lines, sink marks, warpage, etc) Good knowledge of injection moulding process, mould design concepts, and rheology. Injection moulding machine, types of injection mould, defects of injection moulded parts, and basic knowledge about plastic materials Provide technical support to tooling design and manufacturing teams to ensure that moulds are optimized for the plastic injection moulding process. Work closely with customers to identify their requirements and provide recommendations for mould design and process optimization. Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and identify root causes of defects. Strong analytical skills and results interpretation skills.
