Job Title: Human Resource Specialist (Contract Based- 6months) Work Mode: Hybrid Experience Required: 1.5-2 years About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist who will independently manage end-to-end HR responsibilities while working closely with the CEOs. This role requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to balance both strategic and operational aspects of HR. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and policy implementation, you’ll be the go-to person for all HR needs at MOI. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding candidates. Own the onboarding and induction process to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Draft and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business goals. Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive workplace culture. Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management. Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes. Collaborate closely with the CEOs on organizational development and people strategies. Prepare HR reports, documentation, and maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters. Note: This is a 6-month contract role with potential for extension based on performance and business requirements.
