We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will handle a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and help ensure smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, letters, and reports Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding and offboarding processes Coordinate training sessions and HR events Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking (as needed) Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
