The Senior Sales Executive in the Construction Chemicals Division will play a pivotal role in driving sales, developing business, and managing relationships for construction-chemical products (such as admixtures, waterproofing systems, tile adhesives, sealants, dry-mix mortars, bonding agents) in the assigned territory. The role demands strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, field presence on construction sites/project locations, and ability to engage with contractors, consultants, applicators and channel partners. Key Responsibilities Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for assigned territory, product line or customer segment. Identify and develop new business opportunities (new customers, new projects, new segments) in the construction chemicals market. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers (contractors, applicators, specifiers, architects, consultants, dealers/distributors). Conduct market research: monitor competitor activities, track market trends, identify gaps and opportunities. Present products, demonstrations, technical/ commercial proposals to customers; explain benefits, usage, dosage, specifications of products. Work closely with the technical/engineering team to provide application support, product training and solutions to clients. Manage the full sales process: lead generation → quotation → negotiation → order closure → coordination with supply chain/delivery → post-sales support. Manage and expand distributor/dealer network (if applicable) in the territory: recruit, train, motivate channel partners. Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, visit reports, customer feedback and market intelligence. Liaise with marketing, operations, logistics, accounts/credit teams to ensure timely order fulfilment, resolve service or application issues, ensure payment collection. Participate in industry events, trade shows, seminars, site visits to promote products and increase visibility. Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry developments, standards, codes, specifications, competitive offerings.
