Hi, Greetings from Avani Consulting ! We have job opportunity with API Pharma Manufacturing Industry for EHS Assistant Manager, Mysuru Location. Position- EHS Assistant Manager Work Experience - 12+ years Location - Mysore Roles and Responsibilities 1. Lead overall EHS team members to achieve flawless operation & maintenance of EHS system. 2. To work with KSPCB, CPCB, MoFE, Dept of factories and boilers, industrial safety and health, Fire and emergency services and other statutory bodies. 3. Aware of GDP requirements & all latest documentation standard related to regulatory requirements & audits. 5. Aware of technical specification of Effluent treatment plantlet recycling plant and STP, UASB, Decanter centrifuge. 6. Aware of fire hydrant system, Gas suppression system, sprinkler system, Fire detection system and public addressable system. 7. Trouble shooing of ETP & STP operations. 8. Preparation of CAPEX budget for EHS department. 9. Preparation of CER for non-budgeted items and obtaining approval from CFT. 10. Conducting risk assessment using the tools like hazop study, Hazard identification risk assessment, what if analysis, job safety analysis, qualitative & quantity risk assessments. 11. Conducting the PSSR for the inline process operation, equipments, for the new plant & modification plants. 12. Cross verifying the work permits issued by the subordinates. 13. Reviewing the workplace monitoring study report 14. SOP preparation, review and approval pertaining to EHS department as per the Quality management system standard. 15. Preparation, Review, approval of URS, DQ, QRM, IQ, OQ, & support for PQ. 16. Initiation of purchase requisition form (PRF) for procurement related to EHS dept. 17. Ensuring Maintenance of Fire hydrant system & Fire extinguisher, Fire alarm system are in healthy working condition 18. Ensuring the Maintenance of PPE's, Safety Shower, First aid boxes. 19. Ensuring the safety rules & procedures followed by all the employees. 20. Conducting mock drill & EHS safety committee meeting. 21. Accident/Incident, investigation and monitoring and its compliance. 22. Conduct safety induction & fire training to new employees. 23. Ensuring the availability of MSDS for all the chemicals. 24. Compliance to Air, Water and hazardous waste consent order condition. 25. Preparation of EHS procedure and guidelines pertaining to Company. 26. Preparing the vendor agreement for hazardous waste disposal. 27. Initiate the energy conservation programs 28. Coordination with cross functional team for new process safety analysis. 29. Preparation of sustainability report EMS report. 30. Execution of modification works compliance to safety norms. 31. Conducting HOD safety inspection for all the plants. 32. Preparing the EHS planner covering with all the activities. 33. Ensuring the Hazardous waste dispose to approved KSPCB vendors only.
