Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience. Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces. Explain product features, diamond grading (4Cs), and care instructions confidently. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Maintain premium visual merchandising and ensure the store ambiance reflects Moenas brand standards. Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales services with professionalism. Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on jewellery trends, Moena collections, and competitor offerings. Requirements Experience: minimum 1 years in luxury retail or diamond/gold jewellery sales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for jewellery may apply. Education: Minimum 12th pass. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of diamond grading/jewellery terminology (training will be provided). Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach. Languages: English and Kannada/Hindi preferred.
