Job Description: As a web developer with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for converting layouts created by web designers into fully functional websites. You should be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress, and have experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, and Vue.js. Knowledge of RESTful APIs is essential, along with the ability to optimize websites and web applications for all platforms and screen sizes. Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems like Drupal, Joomla, Magento, ModX, and Wordpress is required. You will be expected to fix bugs in websites or applications, conduct client-side development tasks, research software programs, and maintain software documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing contingency plans in case of website downtime and expanding/enhancing websites once built. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated individual who can work well with a team or autonomously. You should have a full understanding of current industry techniques and tools, be willing to work for a startup, and possess a creative and out-of-the-box mindset. Strong communication skills are essential for translating communications effectively and meeting tight deadlines consistently.
