As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for analyzing client requirements and proposing customized solutions, which may involve creating high level/low level design diagrams/documents. You will also be involved in architecting, designing, and implementing web applications on server platforms. It will be your responsibility to guide and support the development team with efficient solutions, following software engineering practices defined by the organization. In this role, you will contribute to establishing best industry practices for code, reviews, and performance tuning. You will be expected to research advanced solutions and propose possible features accordingly. Your proficiency in handling all technologies preferred by open systems will be crucial, along with your ability to work on frameworks, architecture, design, and analysis. Additionally, you will participate in design/code level reviews, actively contribute to enhancing the knowledge base, and ensure that teams adhere to the defined architecture. Providing support on proposed solutions to the development team and contributing to building libraries will also be part of your responsibilities. You will report directly to the CEO. In addition to the core responsibilities, the following skills are required: - Good command over Internet Technologies - Strong database designing skills - Experience in PHP, mySQL, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Smarty, Joomla, OS Commerce, WordPress, etc. - Proficiency in handling HTML design, tableless HTML adhering to Web 2.0 standards, cross-browser and resolution development - Proficiency in PHP Frameworks, Joomla, WordPress (Template customization, modules integration, Theme integration, custom template, integration, plugins, SEO, e-commerce plugin) - SEO techniques for dynamic websites, including URL rewriting with keywords - Ability to use Hosting control panel effectively - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to work in a friendly and cooperative team environment If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this position, please apply with your detailed CV at jobs@nityam.in.,
