Module Lead / Technical Lead - Node.js &TypeScript

Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a Module Lead & Technical Lead with 9-15 years of experience in backend development using Node.js and TypeScript. The ideal candidate should have expertise in REST API development, MySQL on AWS RDS, and building scalable, high-performance applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing backend services, optimizing database performance, and ensuring system reliability Primary Skills (Must Have Experience): Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. Design, optimize, and manage MySQL databases on AWS RDS. Improve API performance and scalability by optimizing queries and caching strategies. Ensure code quality and reliability through unit and integration testing using jest. Knowledge on NoSQL with DynamoDB. Secondary Skills (Good to have): Proven experience in leading onsite-offshore teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, stakeholder management skill with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities and manage multiple priorities effectively Act as the onsite point of contact, facilitating communication between offshore teams and business users. Work with cross-functional teams, including product owners, QA, and business analysts, to deliver end-to-end solutions. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Fluent in English speaking and writing
