Module Lead- Data Science (Search and Match)

Role Overview: You will be joining the Data Science team at BOLD, where you will utilize your analytical skills and business knowledge to provide valuable insights to the Product and Management teams. Your primary focus will be on leveraging the vast user data sets to drive product development, enhance existing products, and uncover relationships within the data to innovate new products. Key Responsibilities: - Work on data science projects involving NLP, large language models, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, vector space modeling, and machine learning - Utilize rich user data sets to conduct research, develop data models, and collaborate with Development & Product teams - Create novel and scalable data systems using machine learning techniques to improve user experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end products and features - Estimate efforts, identify risks, meet project schedules, and drive closure of open issues - Mentor and coach data scientists, providing technical leadership - Demonstrate ability to see broader implications for the product and team Qualifications Required: - Knowledge and experience in statistical and machine learning algorithms such as regression, decision trees, neural networks, etc. - Expertise in Python and practical LLM/RAG experience for search quality - Experience with Solr/OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, embedding & vector search, and large language models - Proficiency in feature selection, building classifiers, and working with backend technologies like Flask/Gunicorn - Familiarity with open-source libraries such as Spacy, NLTK, Gensim, and deep-learning libraries like Tensorflow, Pytorch - Experience with Cloud infrastructure and platforms (Azure, AWS) and tools for deploying models into production like Jenkins - Knowledge of career/recruiting domain taxonomies such as O*Net NR Company Details (if available): BOLD is a global organization that helps people find jobs by creating digital products that empower individuals in 180 countries to build stronger resumes and find the right job efficiently.
