Location/Division Specific Information This position is based in Mumbai, Pune, or Ahmedabad, within our Bioproduction Division. Our team drives innovation in Cell Culture and Cell Therapy, ensuring that we deliver world-class solutions to our customers. As a Field Application Scientist, you will play a crucial role in advancing research and development, helping to bring new therapies to market. A day in the Life: Lead technical discussions on product specifications, applications, and protocol optimizations. Provide field-based technical support and troubleshooting to customers. Conduct seminars and training programs for both internal teams and external customers. Keys to Success: Your ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers will be key to your success. Your expertise in Cell Culture and Cell Therapy, coupled with your proactive approach to problem-solving, will ensure perfect execution of projects. Education Postgraduate or equivalent experience in Biotechnology or PhD or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biosciences. Experience 8-10 years of proven experience in the Bioprocess Industry. Experience in handling cell lines, process optimization, and CQA modulation. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Proficient in cell culture, maintenance, and propagation. Hands-on experience in cell cloning and selection. Strong presentation skills and the ability to present at customer sites and conferences. Physical Requirements / Work Environment This role requires regular travel to customer sites and participation in various seminars and training sessions. You must be able to handle laboratory equipment and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
