You are required to join as a Sr. Production Manager for LV & Solar Electrical control panels manufacturing facility located in Goa, which is certified for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Your role will demand a deep understanding of manufacturing and production processes, fabrication techniques, Busbar workshop operations, shift planning, and testing procedures. Experience in modular panels and familiarity with 61439 (TTA Panels) will be considered an additional advantage. Strong communication skills are expected to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this role. As a candidate, you should hold a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering and possess 8 to 10 years of experience in relevant areas. The salary offered will be commensurate with your experience level, with higher experience qualifying for a senior position and an improved salary package. This position is Full-time and Permanent in nature. Your work location will be based in person at the manufacturing facility in Goa.,
