Responsibilities Develop and maintain core gameplay systems using C# and Unity. Collaborate with designers and artists to bring game concepts and mechanics to life. Ensure smooth gameplay by profiling and optimizing builds. Create and optimize internal tools like level editors and shaders. Participate in brainstorming and ideation discussions. Requirements Has 2+ years of hands-on Unity (C#) experience ( specifically in mobile game development) Shipped titles in puzzle, hyper/hybrid casual, or idle arcade genres. Strong grasp of modular architecture, editor scripting, and clean coding. Experienced in performance optimization (FPS, batching, pooling). Basic knowledge of animation systems and Unity particle effects. Familiarity with URP, lighting, shaders, and visual optimization. Awareness of current trends in mobile game development. Ability to craft smooth, responsive gameplay experiences through refined controls, fluid animations, and polished transitions. Nice to Have Ability to contribute to design/UX improvement discussions.
