Job Description Channel & Retail Sales (Wires & Cables / Modular Switches) Positions: Sales Officer / Area Sales Manager Vacancies: 15 in Madhya Pradesh, 15 in Uttar Pradesh (Each will handle 23 districts) Industry: Electrical Products Wires, Cables, Modular Switches, LED, Lighting, Switchgears Job Type: Full-time, Field Role (Bike & License required) Salary: Negotiable / Best in Industry (No bar for deserving candidates) Job Responsibilities: Drive channel & retail sales growth through dealer and distributor networks. Appoint and monitor dealers/distributors across assigned regions. Promote existing & new products, including special schemes/offers. Conduct competitor mapping (Plaza Cables, Syska LED, V-Guard, Goldmedal, RR Kabel, Anchor, etc.). Build and maintain dealer/retailer relationships. Ensure sales target achievement & revenue growth. Manage receivables and ensure timely collections. Prepare and present sales forecasting & reporting. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate (essential), MBA/PGDM preferred. Experience: Sales Officer: Minimum 2+ years in wires, cables, or electrical industry. ASM: 46 years in wires, cables, or electrical industry. Must show job stability (at least 2 years in last two companies). Skills: Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills. Good communication in English & local language. Ability to manage sales operations independently. Strong relationship-building & organizational skills. Preferred Industry Background: Wires & Cables LED & Lighting Products Modular Accessories Electrical Products / Switchgears Locations: MP and UP Immediate Focus: SagarDamoh, UjjainIndore, TikamgarhChattarpur.
