You should have 8-14 years of experience in developing control logics in DCS\PLC systems based on SAMA sheets & control narratives, preferably with experience in programming in a Function Block Diagram environment. Your responsibilities will include developing graphics in DCS\PLC HMI systems based on P&IDs and graphic specifications, preparing control test cases/instructions, and performing logic & graphics testing. Additionally, you will review functional requirements, generate System Design Specification, prepare Technical Reports, and generate Requirement Traceability Matrix. Your role will involve capturing functional requirements from design documents, system engineering, and cabinet engineering. You will create Macros, Control Logic sheets, and HMI screens based on functional requirements, develop test procedures for logic and graphics testing, and perform engineering, CTE, and functional testing for Macros, Logic, & HMI screens. It will be essential to create test reports demonstrating compliance with functional requirements and be capable of studying and modifying P&IDs, I/O List, Alarm List, Electrical Load list, Control Narratives, Functional Logic Diagrams, Cause & Effect Diagrams. Moreover, you will develop electrical & control panel schematics & layouts and have knowledge of tools like Smart Plant Foundation, INTOOLS, COMOS, Aveva, etc., which will be an added advantage. Familiarity with HAZOP classification is also considered an added advantage.,
