Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Post customer payments by recording electronic and check transactions. Updates receivables by totalling unpaid invoices. Processing Customer payment Refunds Working capital improvement - ensure account balances sanity by reviewing cash and credit balances with the Collectors and ensuring relevant reconciliation and escalations are completed to reduce these balances.
