You should be an expert in building web applications and RESTful APIs using .NET Core technology. Your experience with Azure cloud technologies and storage related development will be crucial for this role. Integration with Azure Services will also be part of your responsibilities. Hands-on experience in React JS will be considered an added advantage. Familiarity with modern frameworks, design patterns, and microservices is essential, especially for web development of high-traffic, public-facing applications. Your main responsibilities will include writing efficient, stable, testable, secure, and reusable .NET (C#) code. Scalability and future-proofing of the product will be key considerations. Adhering to industry best practices such as effective source control, code reviews, daily builds, and automated deployments within an agile culture is expected. You will also be involved in troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the backend of existing developments. Solving complex performance issues and technical architectural challenges will be part of your routine tasks. In addition, you will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle and identify areas for efficiency gains, new tooling, cost savings, and risk reduction. Building close working relationships with the team and fostering collaboration will be important aspects of this role.
