Ltd. is seeking a full-time Client Relationship Manager for our Delhi, India office. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, providing personalized immigration advice, and guiding clients through the complexities of the immigration process. Daily tasks include conducting client consultations, preparing and submitting visa applications, and coordinating with relevant authorities. The role also involves addressing client queries, ensuring client satisfaction, and staying updated on immigration policies and regulations. Qualifications Relationship Management and Client Service skills Knowledge of Visa Application Processes and Residency Programs Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM Software Prior experience in the immigration consultancy industry is a plus
