About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the physical assets across the country for the site 2. Analyze reported issues, identify problem areas, devise solutions, and work with the team to enhance service quality and prevent future issues 3. Handle faults and escalate by identifying and responding to issues on-site and fixing them 4. Carry out event and incident localization, resolution, and escalation in accordance with given instructions 5. Meet SLA requirements by closing issues within the SLA timeframe 6.
