Role & responsibilities Project Management •Manage day-to-day delivery of IAM consulting projects (Okta, Ping, SailPoint, etc.) •Coordinate between internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timelines and SLAs are met •Create and maintain project plans, trackers, and status reports •Handle risk management and escalation paths •Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives for agile teams (if applicable) Team & Task Coordination •Ensure all stakeholders (engineers, clients, trainers) are aligned and on task •Track deliverables, dependencies, and team workloads using project tools (Asana, Trello, JIRA, etc.) •Set up and follow through on internal reviews, documentation, and sign-offs Client & Stakeholder Communication •Serve as the single point of contact for clients during execution •Conduct weekly client calls for updates, blockers, and status •Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction Sales & Pre-Sales Support •Support proposal creation, timeline estimation, and scope documentation •Assist sales teams with client follow-ups, demo scheduling, and onboarding •Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities from ongoing projects Reporting & Documentation •Maintain dashboards for project progress, hours utilized, and milestones •Prepare weekly and monthly summary reports for leadership •Document lessons learned, client feedback, and success stories Preferred candidate profile 4+ years of project management experience (at least 2 in cybersecurity/IAM preferred) •Familiarity with IAM concepts, products (Okta, SailPoint, Ping, Saviynt, etc.), and SDLC •PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification is a plus •Basic understanding of IAM consulting sales cycle is a plus •Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills Tools Experience (Preferred): •JIRA, Monday.com, Asana, or Trello •Microsoft Teams / Slack •PowerPoint, Excel, and basic CRM (like HubSpot or Zoho) •Gantt charts, RACI matrix, project charters Soft Skills: •Ownership mindset •Highly organized and deadline-focused •Able to manage remote and distributed teams •Customer-first attitude
