You are an experienced Senior Interior Architect with a minimum of 7-8 years of proven expertise in architectural and interior design and project management. Your role will be based at the North Goa studio of SAV, an international architecture and design studio with offices in London, Mumbai, and Goa. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, including space planning, color theory, and material selection. Proficiency in CAD and graphic design software is essential for this role. You should have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to lead teams effectively. As a Senior Interior Architect at SAV, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture is a must, while a Master's degree in Interior Design/Architecture would be preferred. Strong site experience and the ability to execute interior details with suppliers and contractors are essential requirements for this role. Experience in luxury hotels and homes is preferred, along with a background in modern and contemporary design. The candidate must be capable of driving to the site with their own transport, whether a car or a bike. Key Responsibilities Create wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes based on feedback from your team and stakeholders. Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented precisely, advocating for UX best practices. Assist in research synthesis, creating actionable insights for product improvements. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas while learning to solve complex problems. Must-Have Four plus years of product/UX design experience, with a portfolio highlighting wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with strategic goals. Expertise in Figma to execute high-quality design, documentation, and prototypes. Experience supporting senior designers at various stages of the design process. Ability to translate strategic visions into tangible UI/UX deliverables. With strong collaboration skills, you thrive in feedback-driven environments and iterate quickly based on guidance. Passion for design thinking and eagerness to learn advanced methodologies. Good to Have B.Des/M.Des in UX, Interaction or Industrial design. Exposure to enterprise software, HCM, or HR tech.
