Role & responsibilities Supervise daily operations of jewellery casting and precious metal casting Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are achieved Coordinate work across teams (casting, filling, setting, finishing) and manage staff schedules Lead and guide casting technicians/operators to maintain productivity Monitor process efficiency, reduce rejections, and resolve delays or bottlenecks Conduct QC checks on finished jewellery and address any defects Plan daily targets, allocate manpower, and identify cost-saving opportunities Coordinate with design and production planning teams to meet order requirements Maintain safety, compliance, and accurate production documentation (daily reports, job sheets, WIP records) Preferred candidate profile Engineering Diploma with 810 years of experience in jewellery casting or precious metal casting - OR Engineering Graduate with 45 years of relevant experience - Knowledge of modern casting technologies (e.g., vacuum casting) - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
