As a Data Analyst, your main responsibility will involve working with raw survey data to ensure accurate data cleaning, transformation, and validation. You will be required to segment and profile respondents based on various attributes such as age, organization type, and other relevant factors. Maintaining strict data quality controls and documenting all preprocessing steps will be crucial aspects of your role. In addition to data preparation and management, you will also be responsible for performing both descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to extract meaningful insights from the data. This will involve calculating and interpreting percentage variations between original and clubbed data formats, as well as identifying relationships between variables based on predefined hypotheses (H1, H2, H3, H4). You will be expected to conduct hypothesis testing to evaluate each hypothesis, reporting significance levels (e.g., p-values at 0.05 threshold), effect sizes, and explained variance percentages. Tabulated outputs for easy reporting of the results will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to assess sample adequacy, identify factors with loadings > 0.4, and ensure convergent and discriminant validity. Presenting EFA results in detailed tables will be essential for reporting purposes. As part of your role, you will also need to validate constructs identified in EFA through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Ensuring model fitness using industry-standard thresholds for fit indices such as /df, CFI, SRMR, RMSEA, and PClose will be key. Calculating and reporting Composite Reliability (CR) and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) will also be required. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, running, and interpreting structured equation models (SEM) in AMOS 26. Presenting model fit statistics, structural path significance, and creating publication-quality tables and figures of SEM output will be part of your tasks. Conducting mediation analysis to assess indirect effects, performing moderation and multi-group analysis, and presenting all results in tabular and graphical form will also be important aspects of your role. Testing for Common Method Bias (CMB) and verifying multicollinearity absence via Variance Inflation Factors (VIFs) will be essential for ensuring the validity of the analyses. In terms of deliverables, you will be expected to provide finalized datasets with preprocessing documentation, detailed statistical output tables and figures, and an appendix with model diagrams, factor loadings, and fit indices. Additionally, a written interpretation of all results aligned with the hypothesis model will be required. To excel in this role, you should have a Masters or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Market Research, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS 25 and AMOS 26 is essential. Strong experience in EFA, CFA, SEM, mediation, moderation, and multi-group analysis is also required. Knowledge of validity, reliability testing, and bias minimization techniques, as well as the ability to communicate complex statistical results clearly, will be beneficial. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in academic, social science, or market research analysis, familiarity with reporting for peer-reviewed journals or client-ready whitepapers, and experience in advanced sampling adequacy tests and bootstrapping techniques. Your performance will be evaluated based on the accuracy and completeness of statistical outputs, timeliness of deliverables, clarity and quality of result interpretation, and compliance with client-specified analysis frameworks and reporting formats.
