Modelling & Data Science Manager

Role Overview: As an AI Engineer at Merkle in Bengaluru, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage day-to-day communication with clients. You will be involved in model development, deployment, and building predictive models using machine learning and deep learning frameworks. Additionally, you will be transforming machine learning models into APIs for integration with other applications and providing training for AI engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Extensive experience in building Information retrieval systems and relevance engineering - Developing algorithms and building predictive models using machine learning and deep learning frameworks - Building AI models from scratch and assisting product managers and stakeholders with analysis and implementation - Training for AI engineers Qualifications Required: - Programming Languages: Python, SQL - Machine Learning & AI Technologies: Advanced knowledge in Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLM), experience with langchain or similar tools, implementing LLMs using vector bases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tuning models, building Knowledge Graphs - Cloud Platforms & Tools: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and AI Stack - Data Technologies: Big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and MongoDB - Mathematical Foundation: Proficiency in probability, statistics, and linear algebra - Experience Requirements: At least 5 years of experience putting Machine Learning models into production, with 4 years of relevant experience Additional Details: Merkle is the brand offering this full-time permanent position.
