Modelling & Data Science Manager

Role Overview: As an AI Engineer at Merkle, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute the strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage day-to-day communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop algorithms and build predictive models from the ground up, using machine learning and deep learning frameworks. - Build AI models from scratch and assist product managers and other stakeholders with analysis and implementation. - Transform machine learning models into APIs that can be integrated with other applications. - Provide training for AI engineers on model development and deployment. - Utilize advanced knowledge in Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLM), using langchain or a similar tool. - Implement LLMs using vector bases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), as well as tuning models and building Knowledge Graphs. - Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and AI Stack. - Utilize programming languages like Python and SQL for model development. - Have experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and MongoDB. - Strong foundation in mathematical concepts including probability, statistics, and linear algebra. Qualification Required: - At least 5 years of experience putting Machine Learning models into production. - Extensive experience in building Information retrieval systems and relevance engineering. - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. - Strong background in mathematical foundations including probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
