Modelling & Data Science Manager

Role Overview: As an AI Engineer at Merkle, your role involves leading and managing customer analysis deep dives, executing strategies outlined by senior leadership, and managing day-to-day communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop algorithms and build predictive models from the ground up, utilizing machine learning and deep learning frameworks - Extensive experience in building Information retrieval systems and relevance engineering - Building AI models from scratch and assisting product managers and stakeholders with analysis and implementation - Transform machine learning models into APIs for integration with other applications - Provide training for AI engineers on model development and deployment Qualification Required: - Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and SQL - Machine Learning & AI Technologies: Advanced knowledge in Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLM), experience in implementing LLMs using vector bases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), as well as tuning models and building Knowledge Graphs - Cloud Platforms & Tools: Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and AI Stack - Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and MongoDB - Mathematical Foundation: Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and linear algebra Additional Company Details: Location: Bengaluru Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent (Note: The company details were included in the Job Description),
