The ideal candidate must possess extensive expertise in BIM Revit and demonstrate a strong understanding of Mechanical, Plumbing, and Firefighting design, which will be considered a valuable asset Key Responsibilities: Perform production and verification of CAD drafting, BIM models, and drawings for all projects. Collaborate with design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design. Coordinate with other disciplines to address and mitigate design challenges . Develop BIM Execution Plans and establish BIM project workflow criteria . Follow BIM content standards and development procedures. Prepare discipline-specific models and content for BIM Coordination Meetings . Lead the development of discipline-specific BIM modeling content for projects. Utilize BIM software and tools to streamline design documentation and coordination. Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in BIM Revit . Knowledge of HAP and Plumbing design calculations . Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams. Expertise in software tools such as AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools like Navisworks .
