Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, or similar). Strong understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and industry best practices. Knowledge of clash detection and coordination techniques in BIM. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools.
