You will be joining Accenture Strategy & Consulting Global Network as a Data & AI Telecom Analytics Consultant at Level 9. The location for this role can be in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, or Mumbai. As a part of the Data & AI practice, you will be contributing to helping clients grow their business through analytics. This involves leveraging data insights to drive better decision-making and enhance customer relationships. You will be working with a global network of experienced colleagues proficient in AI/ML/Statistical tools and applications. From data analytics to actionable insights, your role will involve providing data-driven solutions at scale to help clients achieve high performance outcomes. Within the Strategy & Consulting division, the Comms & Media practice focuses on serving clients in the Communications, Media & Entertainment industries. This includes telecommunications, information & communication technology, broadcast, entertainment, print, and publishing sectors. As part of this practice, you will collaborate with clients to develop value growth strategies and integrate AI & GenAI to address their business objectives such as revenue growth and cost reduction. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering AI solutions for clients in the Telco domain. This will require a strong background in Telco, AI fundamentals, and hands-on experience with data management using SQL. You will be involved in proposing solutions based on gap analysis, gathering business requirements, understanding processes, and translating customer needs into functional requirements. Additionally, you will work on complex problem-solving, client interactions, project delivery, and stakeholder management. To qualify for this role, you should have over 5 years of experience in Data Science with a focus on Telecom Analytics. A Master's degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institution and engineering background is preferred. Proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and various analytical techniques is essential. You should also have experience in client-facing roles, proficiency in tools like Python, R, SQL, and Excel, and excellent communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders. Overall, this position requires a self-starter with strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently across multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and guide junior team members. Additional qualifications such as cloud platform certification, computer vision experience, and knowledge of optimization techniques are considered advantageous for this role.
