Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage MEP models in coordination with architectural and structural models. • Lead clash detection, coordination, and resolution processes using tools like Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360. • Generate detailed and accurate 3D MEP models in compliance with project requirements and industry standards. • Collaborate with MEP design engineers and consultants to ensure BIM deliverables are fully aligned with design intent. • Support the creation of construction and shop drawings from BIM models. • Participate in project coordination meetings and BIM execution planning. • Maintain model integrity, version control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure adherence to company BIM standards and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelors or master's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. • 37 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination. • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360. • Solid understanding of MEP systems, construction methods, and documentation standards. • Experience with clash detection, model federation, and LOD standards (300–500). • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit MEP, Navisworks) • Experience with ISO 19650 workflows and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) • Knowledge of Dynamo or similar automation tools • Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
