As a Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer, you will play a crucial role in addressing the challenge faced by large companies in transitioning to an AI-driven organization by building the machine learning production system. Working alongside a team dedicated to deploying state-of-the-art AI solutions for Fractal clients, you will be at the forefront of innovation. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to deploy and operate advanced analytics machine learning models. You will be instrumental in automating and streamlining model development and operations, as well as building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, testing, and production environments will also be a key part of your role. Your tasks will involve enabling model tracking, experimentation, and automation, developing scalable ML pipelines, and creating MLOps components in the machine learning development life cycle using tools such as MLFlow, Kubeflow Model Registry, Kubeflow, DataRobot, HopsWorks, Dataiku, or any relevant ML end-to-end PaaS/SaaS services. You will work across all phases of the model development life cycle to build MLOps components and contribute to the knowledge base required for delivering complex MLOps projects on Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or On-Premises environments. Additionally, you will actively participate in client business development and delivery engagements across various domains. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in building production-quality software and a strong background in system integration, application development, or data warehouse projects using enterprise technologies. Basic knowledge of MLOps, machine learning, and Docker is required, along with proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Python, PySpark, Java, C#, or C++. Experience in developing CI/CD components for production-ready ML pipelines, database programming using SQL, and knowledge of Git for source code management are essential. The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, solve complex challenges, and deliver innovative solutions is crucial. Strong team handling, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, along with a hunger for continuous learning, are highly valued. Candidates should hold a B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical degree or equivalent qualification.
