As a Solution Architect at our company based in Aluva, you will be responsible for developing optimum solutions based on customer RFQ/tender documents. Your key tasks will include generating BOQ and cost estimates, designing system architecture and BOM using different architecture development software, and conducting assessments to comprehensively analyze customer requirements and constraints. You will also be involved in determining the scope of the RFQ/Tender, reviewing preliminary data, deliverables, and specifications to establish the scope of work and required contents of the estimate. In this role, you will attend Prebid meetings to clarify queries during the tendering process and coordinate with Suppliers/OEM/Subcontractors for price quotes. Your assessment of their proposals/quotes will be crucial in making informed decisions. Additionally, you will support the sales team by providing estimations in a timely manner for prompt closure of deals and offering technical data and clarifications to customers. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or any relevant field. You must have at least 5 years of experience in Estimation/Engineering for Industrial Control & Automation Systems with a deep understanding of designing projects based on PLC, RTU, SCADA & HMI Systems. Familiarity with Industrial Communication Protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP-IP, Profibus/Profinet, etc.), Communication Networks (Ethernet, Fiber Optic, RS232, RS485, etc.), and possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a cross-functional environment will be pivotal in this role. Knowledge of PLC/SCADA programming will be considered an added advantage.,
