As a Tech Support Engineer (BMS) at Neeve, you will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment and troubleshooting of cutting-edge Building Management Systems. Your responsibilities will include handling BMS & integration deployments & escalations, logging and managing support tickets, assisting with root cause analysis, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and authoring technical documentation, SOPs, and training guides. You will also guide field teams in setting up and configuring BACnet networks, develop & validate energy-saving sequence of operations, participate in on-call rotation, and identify & apply AI tools in repetitive tasks and workflows. To excel in this role, you should have 5-9 years of relevant experience in BMS deployments & technical support, experience in remote commissioning and logic programming of field controllers, hands-on experience in developing & testing sequence of operations, a strong foundation in building automation protocols like BACnet and Modbus, and familiarity with graphical front-end configuration and BMS user interface tools. Additionally, you should possess technical skills in BMS core expertise, commissioning & field tools, network basics, and scripting (e.g., Python) for automation. Soft skills such as strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. This role also requires willingness to work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 customer support.
