You should have a minimum of 14 years of experience in Project Management with at least 7 years as a Project Manager. Your proficiency should include the use of software such as the latest versions of Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. Your educational background should be in BE/BTech Electrical with knowledge and understanding of the automotive OEM industry and electric vehicle industry. Experience in delivering Medium Voltage electric infrastructure projects in a planning or project management role is required. Preferred experience includes involvement in renewable energy development, vehicle electrification, EV Power Systems, EV charging infrastructure, clean energy, freight or fleet transport, and logistics. Knowledge of mobility services & electric vehicle technology is essential. Experience with Vehicle to Grid/Vehicle to Infrastructure and related communication protocols such as J1772, ISO15118 is a plus. You should have hands-on experience in the design of EV or PV systems including electrical and civil architecture, applying electrical and building codes to design. Field experience in power distribution, power electronics, PLC/SCADA devices & programming, UPS systems, or other related industrial electrical equipment diagnostics is necessary. Experience in electric vehicle charging technologies, in either design or installation services & field diagnostics is a plus. You will be responsible for preparing project feasibility reports, cost estimates & execution plans. Ensuring availability on time of Engineering deliverables and materials for construction will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will need to implement uniform procedures and methods, review work processes periodically, identify functional gaps, and design corrections for establishing the most effective work-flows. Assessing work progress periodically for achieving project objectives, setting up effective systems for surveillance of Safety, Quality, schedules & Costs, and preparing project progress reports are also part of your job responsibilities. You will also coordinate and control the schedule for all project activities, manage project contracts, and supervise the development and maintenance of project schedules and costs. Training & developing subordinates and expediting vendor materials are also key responsibilities.,
