As a Developer/Senior Developer, you will be expected to possess expertise in Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Jquery, EJB, Hibernate, JPA, JDBC, JMS, Web Services, and Oracle. Additionally, experience in application servers such as Weblogic, Websphere, or JBOSS, as well as proficiency with design tools like Rational Software Architect and Visual Paradigm, will be highly valued. Knowledge of design patterns, web services, and familiarity with mobility frameworks like Sencha are essential requirements for this role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and hold a qualification of B.E/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech with a minimum of 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
