Key Responsibilities: - Mobilise rural youth and local communities to participate in training programs. - Conduct skill-development sessions focusing on areas such as livestock, agriculture, or entrepreneurship. - Provide support to participants through follow-ups to ensure positive livelihood outcomes. Qualification Required: - Minimum Qualification: BSW - Preferred Qualification: MSW - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Experience in rural skilling, training, or community mobilisation is advantageous. - Ability to promote training programs effectively and engage with local stakeholders. - Must possess a bike and an Android smartphone. - Proficiency in the local language is beneficial.
