We are currently looking for a talented Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and usability studies to gain valuable insights into user behavior and pain points. Your duties will include designing and optimizing user journeys across various platforms, translating requirements into wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product direction. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on web applications, mobile apps, and data dashboards. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is essential, along with a solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility principles. You should also have experience in creating responsive design systems and mobile-first UIs, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively present design rationale and collaborate with stakeholders.
