Role & responsibilities Training Delivery: Develop and deliver training materials (presentations, documentation, videos, etc.) Conduct training sessions (in-person, online, or hybrid). Provide one-on-one coaching and support.. Advanced technical skills in e-learning and mobile training Strong teaching and mentoring experience. Great communication and interpersonal skills. Training Skills: Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile operating systems (iOS, Android). Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms and another Platforms for Exchange devices .(e.g., Intune, AirWatch). Familiarity with multiple mobile and other electronics brands features and all other competitor exchange programme activities Understanding of networking concepts and multiple applications available for device checking. To provide training on awareness of device repaired from the Market and Knowledge on Third Party device Repairs. Feedback and Evaluation: Gather feedback on training effectiveness and make improvements. Track user progress and assess learning outcomes. Stay updated on new mobile technologies and trends in the markets .
