Role Summary:

Mobile Automation Test Engineer

Principal Responsibilities:

• Design, map, and maintain traceable and effective test strategies and test cases
• Perform

  automation testing

  for

  Android and iOS applications

  using

  Appium

  with

  Java or JavaScript

• Automate web applications using tools like

  Selenium

  ,

  WebDriverIO

  , or equivalent
• Execute and automate

  REST API tests

  using

  Postman

  ,

  JMeter

  , or similar tools
• Develop and maintain

  automation frameworks

  for native and hybrid mobile apps
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines, preferably on

  Azure DevOps

• Participate in end-to-end test planning, design, execution, and reporting
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners in

  Agile Scrum

  teams
• Prepare and maintain documentation including

  test plans

  ,

  test reports

  , and

  process design documents

• Apply

  TDD/BDD

  principles in automation strategy and implementation
• Perform

  manual testing

  when required and manage test cases through tools like

  Azure DevOps

  ,

  TFS

  , or

  JIRA

• Ensure quality across functional and non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, scalability)

Preferred/Good to Have:

• Working knowledge of

  PLC, Drives, and Industrial Protocols

• Familiarity with

  configuration management tools

  such as Azure DevOps or TFS
• Knowledge of

  Java

  or

  JavaScript

  for test script development
• Experience in conducting

  design/framework reviews
