Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations including inventory, sales, and service. Achieve sales targets and drive performance through team motivation. Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure excellent service delivery. Ensure proper stock levels and timely inward/outward entries. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store hygiene. Coordinate with backend teams for order processing, finance, and logistics. Ensure adherence to SOPs, audits, and compliance requirements. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline 2-5 years of experience in retail store management (preferably in electronics or service industry). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Good communication in English and local language. Proficient with basic computer systems and POS handling.
