Mobile Security Officer

* Setting up, configuring, and deploying new mobile devices and managing their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal

* Creating, implementing, and enforcing security policies, such as password requirements, encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and conditional access, to protect corporate data

* Managing the deployment, updates, and inventory of applications on mobile devices, including allowlisting and blocklisting specific apps

* Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues for managed mobile devices

* Monitoring device health, performance, and usage, as well as updating firmware and software to ensure functionality and security

* Maintaining accurate records of the organization's mobile device inventory

* Utilizing MDM reporting capabilities to provide insights into device usage, compliance, and performance

* Ability to create technical documentation and lead training sessions for users and other IT team members

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues

* Strong understanding of operating systems (iOS, Android), hardware, software, and network fundamentals

* Expertise with common MDM solutions, such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
